Q: How much weight can a MOXHI hold?
A: Every MOXHI is a robust bag, suitable for daily use to take along your daily necessities. Want to take along a laptop, a charger and some notebooks? Your study books, a wallet and lunch? No problem, the bag can carry the weight!
Q: How can I maintain my MOXHI?
A: Due to the sustainable tanning process, the leather of a MOXHI bag is very durable and flexible. Over time, if you notice the leather gets drier, it can be maintained by applying colourless leather wax.
Q: Is my MOXHI water resistant?
A: Yes, the double layer of thickly woven cotton and the high-quality leather protect the content of a MOXHI against the rain. However, as we don't use chemicals, it is not waterproof. You might also spray the bag with an all-fabric nano spray to make it even more water and dirt repellent.
Q: Can I wash my MOXHI?
A: We don't recommend washing your MOXHI with soap or detergents, as the leather gets dried out. If you want to remove a stain in the cotton, try it with hot water or apply a little soap locally. Most MOXHI's do have a cotton lining inside, which you can turn inside-out and wash by hand. However, always be careful not to touch the leather with soap or detergents!
Q: If a MOXHI is sold-out, will it return?
A: If a MOXHI is sold-out but still in the collection, it will return to the collection promptly. In other words, keep checking the website! If you don’t want to risk that the bag is sold out again before you get the chance to order it, drop us an e-mail at geta@moxhi.com to reserve your own MOXHI.
Q: If a MOXHI is no longer in the collection, can I place a special order?
A: When a MOXHI bag is no longer part of the collection, it is not possible to order it anymore. However, there is a good chance that the item, or an updated version, returns to the collection. Subscribe to the newsletter below and follow our Facebook and Twitter for regular updates.
Q: I ordered a MOXHI, when will it be shipped?
A: We’ll ship your order within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an e-mail confirmation and a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Within the Netherlands this means that you'll get your MOXHI within a working week. International shipment can take longer, depending on where you live.
Q: Can I track my order once it's shipped?
Yes, we always provide you with a track and trace code!
Q: Can I return my MOXHI?
A: If you are not satisfied with your MOXHI and if it’s unused, you can send it back to us within 14 days after delivery. Please notify us at geta@moxhi.com that you want to return your MOXHI and, after confirmation, send the item to the provided address in the Netherlands. Upon receipt of the item, we’ll refund the original paid amount.
Q: I represent a store and want to place a big order, is that possible?
A: Yes, that is possible, depending on the size of the order. Please contact us at geta@moxhi.com for more information.
